Backstage is committed to ensuring a healthy environment for our clients by upholding a non-smoking policy.
In order to maximize availability for all our clients and respect the time of our technicians, cancellations must be received twenty-four hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time or be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service(s) reserved. Full price will be charged if no notice is given.
Credit Card at Time of Booking
A valid credit card may be required at time of booking for any appointment.
We have designed our scheduling to allot ample time for your services and your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We regret we can not infringe upon another client’s time if you are late.
To ensure your requested appointment time/date with your favorite Backstage Salon + Spa team member is available, we recommend scheduling your next service prior to leaving at each visit.
Product Return + Service Refund Policies
Backstage Salon + Spa proudly stands behind all of the product lines we stock and services we provide. If you are unhappy with a product purchase, we will issue a store credit for the value paid within seven (7) days from date of purchase with original receipt. All makeup sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on services, however, if you are unhappy with your service outcome, please call and ask to speak with one of our managers within three (3) days of your original service date and we will be happy to consult with you about repeating the service.
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our technicians. Gratuity envelopes are available upon check out. Please note that we do not add gratuities on to credit or debit card payments.
Please remember everyone at Backstage Salon + Spa works as a team. We believe a change can be refreshing, so feel free to try all of us at any time.
All prices are subject to change at any time. We proactively update any pricing changes to the best of our ability on our printed materials and website.
Phones & Other Electronics
Please turn off your cell phone and all other electronic devices when entering the salon and spa. This is a time for you and our other clients to relax.
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, most debit cards, and cash payments of services or products. We do accept local checks, however any returned check will be subject to a $25+ fee.
For their safety and the courtesy of other clients, children may not be left unattended on the premises.. No children under 12 are allowed in the spa, unless they are receiving services.
